The foundations of our food are the ingredients, and those are sourced locally, some of them directly at the family-run Lindhof farm. Our kitchen team takes the intense fragrances and aromas and highlights them on your plates.

We have more than the others: an organic farm supplying us with fresh produce. Crunchy vegetables, sweet fruits and meat come straight from the Lindhof in Thiersee and are later served on the plates of the Alpenrose.
